Please give your feedback.

We are conducting a survey to foreigners regarding
the library services.

Your feedback will be helpful in improving our service. 

The questionnaires are available in Japanese, English,
Chinese and Korean. 

Choose the language that you're comfortable to respond to.
Please submit it at the counter once it's finished.
The survey is conducted fromFebruary 1st (Tue) to
March 20th (Sun).
Thank you for your cooperation.

期間：2022年2月1日（火）～3月20日（日）

場所：市内各図書館

対象：市内在住の外国人の方

●アンケートは日本語／英語／中国語／韓国語の用意があります。

いずれか一つご記入いただき、カウンターまたは回収箱へお願いします。

●オンラインでの回答もできますので、ご利用ください。
