Please give your feedback.

We are conducting a survey to foreigners regarding
the library services.Your feedback will be helpful in
improving our service.The questionnaires are available
in Japanese,Chinese and Korean, English.Choose the

language that you're comfortable to respond to.

Please submit it at the counter once it's finished.
The survey is conducted from December 15th(Fri) to
January 31st(Wed)2024.

場所：市内各図書館

対象：市内在住外国人の方

●アンケートは日本語／中国語／韓国語／英語の用意があります。

いずれか一つご記入いただき、カウンターまたは回収箱へお願いします。
